The woman who ran is about a woman Gamhee(Kim Min-hee)who decides to visit her friends while her husband is on a business trip outside the outskirt of Seoul.

Gamhee whose husband has never been away from her since they got married for some reasons decided to go on a business trip and this gives the wife the chance to make a trip of her own separately meeting her friends. Youngsoon(Seo Young hwa) is a divorced wife who claimed to be a vegetarian and enjoys gardening in her beautiful backyard garden,Then we have Su Young(Song Seomin)who is being banged on a regular by a young handsome poet she met at a bar whilst trying so hard to hide her secret bar affair from her handsome architecture neighbor who she is also crushing on.Woojin(Kim Sae-byuk)on the other hand who works as a producer of dance performance in a movie theater.

Their meeting was a simple one but at the end digging up their long shared history which seems would have been best to be kept a secret.

This movie is for all women all over the world facing different dreams in life.
